Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Vehicle Marketplace Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automobiles and have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. As an Online Vehicle Marketplace Sales Executive at Automart, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential buyers and sellers on the Automart platform, providing them with information, guidance, and support throughout the buying and selling process.
  2. Sales Generation: Actively prospect, identify, and contact potential customers to promote listings and services available on Automart. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  3. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the vehicles and services available on the platform to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  4. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Documentation: Accurately maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions within the platform.
  8. Feedback and Improvement: Gather and relay customer feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement of the platform.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  4. Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online platforms and mobile apps.
  5. Knowledge of vehicles and automotive industry trends is a plus.
  6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  9. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
