Job Description: We are seeking experienced and motivated Financial Advisers to provide expert financial advice and insurance solutions to our clients. As a Financial Adviser at Online Advisors Insurance Agency Ltd, you will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions about their financial future and insurance coverage. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to our mission of providing top-tier insurance services.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
2. Insurance Expertise: Provide expert advice on insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, property and casualty insurance, and other financial services.
3. Customized Solutions: Develop personalized financial plans and insurance proposals tailored to each client’s unique situation and objectives.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products, regulations, and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
5. Sales and Business Development: Generate leads, prospect potential clients, and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and periodic reviews of financial plans.
7. Compliance: Ensure that all interactions and transactions comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial plans, and insurance policies.
9. Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or a related role in the financial services or insurance industry.
2. Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial planning.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proven sales and business development experience.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze financial data and provide solutions.
7. Relevant professional qualifications and certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.
8. A valid insurance agent’s license in Kenya is required.
