The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-driven, and passionate about sales, marketing, and technology. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building customer relationships, and driving sales of vehicle GPS tracking and alarm systems through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients.
Run and manage social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads) to generate leads.
Create and publish engaging content for brand visibility and client acquisition.
Conduct direct sales & field marketing to individuals and businesses.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing (experience in vehicle tracking, car accessories, or related industries is an added advantage).
Proven ability in client acquisition and sales target achievement.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in content creation and CRM tools is an advantage.
What We Offer
Monthly Salary: KES 25,000 (fixed).
