Sales & Customer Relations Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Customer Relations Associate. You will play a key role in driving sales, onboarding clients, and managing customer relationships across our vehicle tracking, insurance, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads and close sales for insurance and car tracking products.
Maintain daily communication with prospects and existing clients.
Onboard clients and provide after-sales support.
Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain CRM records and provide feedback reports.
Participate in marketing activations and promotions.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (insurance or automotive sector is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and basic CRM tools.
Strong persuasion, organization, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Added Advantage:

Experience in telesales or field sales.
Familiarity with car tracking systems, insurance policies, or digital products.

Contract Type: 3-Month Renewable (Performance-Based)
Remuneration: Base KES 15,000 + Attractive Commission + Bonuses
